Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Items without original tags or packaging
Sale or clearance items
Innerwear and swimwear for hygiene reasons

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at our store email with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
